Motor City Management’s #1 goal for 2013 is to grow the office from three locations to six by 2014. Recently we expanded into downtown Grand Rapids in mid February with plans on another expansion mid May. The biggest client we represent has recently approached us with the need for us to expand two additional offices into Troy, MI. Right now we’re working on promoting Assistant Directors to Directors in order to make the move into Troy.

Our most recent promotion was Matt Justice who earned the title of Assistant Director last week. “People are promoted for two reasons — they’re hard workers and have a student mentality. Those two traits are crucial in order to achieve promotion within the company,” said Matt on the day of his promotion.
